Returns Policy

No Questions Asked! You may return any unused item in the original package within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, so there is no risk ordering from World Kettlebell Club. We'll arrange return shipping if there was an error on our part. All other return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.

Should you ever need a refund, it will be processed within days of us receiving the package. Prior to returning any item we require contact be made at this email address: service@worldkettlebellclub.com

Or, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Courses/Certifications are reservations of a spot, but you can reschedule for any similar Course/Certification should you have a reason for not being able to attend.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability, weight and location. If there is a discrepancy we will contact you before proceeding with the order. Bulk Shipping

On various items, depending on quantity, you may enjoy a bulk rate on both purchase price and shipping. There is a minimum order of 20 Kettlebells to be considered for this option, and shipping cost is case by case. This and all other inquiries should be made to:service@worldkettlebellclub.com

Lifetime Guarantee

We are confident in our products, and stand behind them. Some of our items offer a Lifetime Guarantee, such as our VF ProGrade™ Kettlebell line. This means that at any time should one of our kettlebells break, we will replace it with a new one. This does not cover wear such as chips, rust, marks or anything cosmetic, but if in the unlikely chance a handle should break, please return the item at your cost for our inspection, and we will return a new one to you at our cost. You must be the original owner of the product and show proof of purchase. The item must be treated with reasonable care and for the purpose for which it was intended, but that is a Lifetime Guarantee because we expect a VF ProGrade™ Kettlebell to last many lifetimes!

Certain items such as Tshirts or KettleShields™ are considered wear items and do not carry any warranty.
